Ingredients
All Things Butter Cinnamon Bun Butter
1 loaf white bread
Handful of raisins
3 tbsp sugar
3 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1 cup Double Cream
1 tbsp brown sugar
Method
Step 1
Slice the loaf of bread into evenly sized pieces and generously spread with Cinnamon Bun Butter.
Step 2
Vertically place the slices into an oven dish at an angle, slightly stacking on top of each other. Sprinkle raisins on top to your preference.
Step 3
Whisk together the eggs, milk, double cream and sugar until combined well. Pour mixture into the oven dish covering all the bread and sprinkle with brown sugar to your preference.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Serve with double cream (or custard!) and enjoy!
