Ingredients
200 grams of gnocchi
45g of All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter
Juice of half a lemon
Springle of chilli flakes
Parmesan
Method
Step 1
Melt the Garlic & Herb Butter in a frying pan on medium heat.
Step 2
Cook the gnocchi per packet instructions in well salted boiling water.
Step 3
Add the cooked gnocchi to the frying pan, reserving plenty of pasta water. Mix together until the gnocchi is covered in the melted butter.
Step 4
Add the lemon juice and plenty of pasta water, keep working the pan until a glossy, smooth sauce is achieved.
Step 5
Finish with chilli flakes and parmesan, plate up, and enjoy!
