Salt your chicken breast generously, skin side up

Heat up some oil in a frying pan

Add the chicken breast, skin down into the oil

Flip when skin is light brown and crisp, around 2-3 minutes

Add a knob of Chilli Butter

Baste the chicken breast in the Chilli Butter
Step 7
Cook for 7-8 minutes or until cooked through

Plate up with your favourite side dish and enjoy!
