

Make it with:

Ingredients
200g self raising flower
1.5 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1.5 tbsp caster sugar
200ml milk
3 large eggs
20g melted butter
1 tbsp veg oil
75g All Things Butter Cinnamon Bun Butter
Method
Step 1
Put your All Things Butter Cinnamon Bun Butter into a resealable bag and refrigerate until it is a toothpaste consistency.
Step 2
Sift together flour, baking powder and cinnamon, then stir in the sugar. Mix to combine.
Step 3
Crack the eggs in and the milk. Whisk until the batter is smooth. Whisk in the melted butter and set aside.
Step 4
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-high heat and pour in around 2/3rd cup of pancake batter.
Step 5
Cook until bubbles start to appear, 2-3 minutes. Cut 1 corner of the bag of butter and swirl over the pancake, leaving enough space around the edges so that the butter doesn’t touch the pan.
Step 6
Flip pancake and cook until the other side is slightly browned, around 2-3 minutes.
Step 7
Plate up the pancakes, add more Cinnamon Bun Butter then serve!
