Ingredients
4 pork shoulder steaks
All Things Butter Salted Butter
1 tbs maple syrup
1 tbs dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 a lime
Method
Step 1
Melt 1/3 of the block of All Things Butter Salted butter in a small mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add the maple syrup, dijon mustard, and salt & pepper to the melted butter, and squeeze half a lime. Mix all ingredients together until combined into a sauce.
Step 3
Brush the sauce onto both sides of the steaks, before placing on a BBQ grill to cook.
Step 4
Cook the steaks for 6-10 minutes per side, or until slightly charred. Continuously brush the sauce on both sides while cooking.
Step 5
Plate up and serve with your preferred side (we recommend rice or potatoes!), and enjoy!
