Ingredients
For the Salmon Bites
- Salmon fillet
- All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter
- Paprika powder
- Garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh lemon
- Honey
- Chilli flakes
- Olive oil
For the Mashed Potato
- 2-3 medium potatoes
- All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter
- Salt & Pepper
Method
Step 1
Cut the salmon fillet into cubes and remove skin. In a bowl, sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, lemon and olive oil to taste, mixing everything together to marinate.
Step 2
Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Use a sieve and wooden spoon to mash (or a potato masher), until smooth.
Step 3
Add a knob of All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter and ground pepper (to taste) to the mashed potato, stirring well until completely mixed.
Step 4
Heat some olive oil in a pan on a medium heat, adding the salmon cubes and turning to fry on each side until golden.
Step 5
Add a knob of All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter, a generous squeeze of honey, and chilli flakes to the salmon in the pan. Stir together on a low heat.
Step 5
Plate up and drizzle any leftover garlic honey sauce for extra flavour! Enjoy!
