Ingredients
50g All Things Butter Salted Butter
250g Medjool dates, pitted
200g labneh
Flaky sea salt
30g pistachios, toasted
1 tbsp honey
Flatbreads, to serve
Method
Step 1
Heat the butter in a frying pan on a medium heat.
Step 2
Add the dates and fry for 5-10 minutes until crisp.
Step 3
Spread the labneh on a large plate or platter, top with the dates and drizzle over any butter left in the pan.
Step 4
Sprinkle with the sea salt, pistachios and honey and serve with the flatbreads alongside. Enjoy!
