Ingredients
200g closed cup mushrooms
Smoked paprika
25g All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter
Salt flakes
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Olive oil
Chili flakes
Method
Step 1
Cut all of the closed cup mushrooms in half vertically down the stem, then insert on the skewer sticks, filling as many skewers as possible.
Step 2
Place the skewers on a tray or plate, then sprinkle with smoked paprika powder, a pinch of salt flakes along with a generous drizzle of balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Twist and rub the skewers to soak up all the seasoning.
Step 3
Grill the skewers in a frying pan on medium to high heat with a dash of olive oil for 5-10 minutes (or until browned and soft).
Step 4
Add the Garlic & Herb Butter to the pan, brushing the melted butter over the skewers on both sides while cooking. Sprinkle in some chilli flakes.
Step 5
Plate up the skewers, garnish with chopped parsley, and enjoy!
