Ingredients
25g All Things Butter Salted Butter
25g All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter
Frozen / fresh lobster meat
Brioche Bun
1 Lemon
1 tsp Ginger paste
Pinch salt
Chives
Method
Step 1
Once lobster meat has thawed (if from frozen), mix with melted All Things Butter Salted Butter adding a pinch of salt, grated lemon zest, and ginger paste.
Step 2
Generously spread both sides of brioche bun with All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter and toast in a pan.
Step 3
Add the lobster to the base of the bun and drizzle any leftover butter on top. Garnish with chopped chives and add the top of the brioche bun.
Step 4
Serve with any side and enjoy!
