

Make it with:

Ingredients
2 corn on the cobs
1 tbsp olive oil
A pinch of salt
60g All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter
110g halloumi
1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp mayo
4 tbsp sriracha
Method
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan. Cut each cob in half widthways, then into quarters to make 16 ribs.
Step 2
Toss with olive oil and salt, then roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges start to turn golden.
Step 3
Meanwhile, preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Crumble or grate the halloumi and fry in the pan until golden.
Step 4
Mix the mayo and sriracha in a ramekin or small serving bowl.
Step 5
Add the Garlic & Herb Butter to a separate small ramekin and microwave for 10 seconds until melted.
Step 6
Remove the ribs from the oven and brush with the melted butter.
Step 7
Transfer to a serving dish, scatter over the crumbled halloumi and serve with the dipping sauce. Enjoy!
