Ingredients

All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter

500g Butter beans

2 cloves Garlic

1 bunch Swiss chard

Lemon

Method

Step 1

Cut garlic into thin slices and coarsely chop Swiss chard leaves and discard stem

Step 2

Heat up a good amount of olive oil in a frying pan

Step 3

Add the garlic and cook for 2 mins then add Swiss chard. Salt generously

Step 4

Add the can of butter beans into the pan, let that cook for a minute

Step 5

Add a knob of Garlic & Herb butter, let that cook for a couple of minutes

Step 6

Give it a good squeeze of lemon and serve!
