6 cold eggs

Method

Step 1

Crack your eggs into a bowl and whisk vigorously to aerate

Step 2

Heat your pan on a low heat and add a knob of Unsalted Butter

Step 3

Once butter is melted, add your eggs while heat is on low/medium

Step 4

Stir continuously with a rubber spatula, until you’ve reached your desired scrambled consistency

Step 5

In the last minute, season your eggs

Step 6

Prepare your bread as desired - toast or fry in butter

Step 7

Assemble and serve!
