Ingredients

All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter

Handful fresh parsley

½ Lemon

Fresh langoustines

Method

Step 1

Take the garlic and herb butter and mix in some fresh chopped parsley.

Step 2

Half your langoustines length ways, making sure to keep the claws in tact.

Step 3

Take the butter and parsley mixture and spread over your langoustines.

Step 4

Grill for 2-3 minutes and plate up!

Step 5

Finish by spooning over melted garlic and herb butter and a long squeeze of lemon. Season to taste and enjoy!
