All Things Butter Chilli Butter
2x Fillet of trout
1x Cucumber
Spring onion
Lemon
Method
Step 1
Season your trout with olive oil and salt
Step 2
Heat up some oil in a frying pan and add the trout, skin down
Step 3
Add a knob of Chilli Butter
Step 4
When skin is crispy, flip and baste the trout in the Chilli Butter
Step 5
Cook for a further 3-4 minutes or until cooked to your preference, then remove from heat
Step 6
Smash a cucumber with the back of a knife to release the water, then slice and dice
Step 7
Mix with spring onion, a squeeze of lemon and season with salt and pepper
Step 8
Plate up and serve!
