Ingredients
All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter
250g tagliatelle pasta
50g parmesan (freshly grated)
Lemon (optional)
Method
Step 1
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook your tagliatelle (or other pasta of your choice) according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
Step 2
In a large pan over low heat, melt the Garlic & Herb Butter until it becomes fragrant. Add the cooked tagliatelle to the pan, tossing in the melted butter.
Step 3
Add a parmesan and splashes of reserved pasta water until a sauce forms. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Step 4
Plate the pasta and add squeeze of lemon, if desired. Serve!
