Step 1
Poach your eggs in simmering water for 3-4 minutes.

Heat up your chilli butter slowly in a saucepan making sure not to burn it.

Mix together your yoghurt, salt and garlic in a bowl.

Slice and toast your sourdough.
Step 5
Spread your yoghurt onto a plate, topping it with your poach eggs.
Step 6
Drizzle your hot chilli butter over the eggs and garnish with dill or chives!

Dip your toasted sourdough in the orange yolks and enjoy!
