Ingredients

500g Fresh Gnocchi

All Things Butter Garlic & Herb Butter

Parmesan

Lemon

Method

Step 1

Boil the gnocchi in water according to package instructions.

Step 2

While this is cooking, add a good amount of Garlic & Herb Butter to a pan.

Step 3

Remove the gnocchi from the water when finished, and add it to the pan with the butter, along with a bit of pasta water.

Step 4

Add a generous amount of parmesan and cook until the sauce becomes thicker, coating each piece of pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Add a squeeze of lemon, serve and enjoy!
