Steak Salad with Smokey Paprika Butter

Ingredients
60g Smokey Paprika All Things Butter
Steak
1 tbspOlive oil
2 tbspWhite wine vinegar
Juice of ½ Lemon
1 tsp Honey
Paprika (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Shallots
Fennel
Radicchio
Burrata
Toasted breadcrumbs
Walnuts (or salad topping of choice)
Method
Step 1
Cut the block of Smokey Paprika Butter in half and melt in a pan.
Step 2
Pan sear steak for 5-6 minutes on a high heat for medium rare doneness (change timing depending on your preference), continuously turning and basting with the Smokey Paprika Butter.
Step 3
Set aside and slice the steak against the grain into thin servings.
Step 4
Prepare honey vinaigrette: Add olive oil, white wine vinegar, fresh lemon juice, honey, paprika, salt, black peppercorn to a mixing bowl and whisk together to combine dressing.
Step 5
Thinly slice the shallots and fennel, adding them to the mixing bowl together with the steak, radicchio leaves & walnuts.
Step 6
Toss the salad to mix with dressing.
Step 7
Plate up and top with pulled apart burrata, olive oil, and toasted breadcrumbs.
