Ingredients

All Things Butter Salted Butter

Handful of Oreos

1 shot Espresso

2 Eggs

Splash of Milk

Brioche

Method

Step 1

Add Salted Butter, Oreos and a shot of Espresso to a food processor/blender. Blend until smooth

Step 2

Add eggs and a splash of milk to a shallow tray and whisk

Step 3

Slice brioche and coat slice in milky egg mixture

Step 4

Heat your pan and add a knob of butter

Step 5

Add eggy brioche and cook for 2-3 mins on each side or until crisp

Step 6

Plate up French Toast, add a spoonful of Oreo & Coffee Butter, dust on a layer of powered sugar (optional) and serve!
