Ingredients
1 Savoy Cabbage
20ml Soy sauce
2 Garlic cloves
30g All Things Butter Smokey Paprika Butter
10ml Chilli Oil (we like Laoganma)
Method
Step 1
Quarter the cabbage into 4 parts and pan sear each side face down to crisp.
Step 2
In a separate saucepan, add the Soy Sauce, Smokey Paprika Butter, Chilli Oil and minced garlic clove, mixing together on medium heat to combine the sauce.
Step 3
Transfer the cabbage from the pan to the oven to finish cooking all the way through.
Step 4
When cooked through until soft, add the cabbage back to the pan, pouring in the sauce and turning repeatedly on a medium heat.
Step 5
Plate up and drizzle the leftover sauce on top. Squeeze half a lemon to garnish and enjoy!
